Meet The Team

Managing Member: Steven Williams

Steven started AE to help federal government program offices swiftly move their requirements for services and products through the acquisition lifecycle while complying with applicable rules and regulations. His goal is simply to help clients solve their business challenges. Steven’s procurement experience with Hewlett Packard and the US Army provides a unique perspective that provides solutions to program offices and functional departments with their procurement efforts.

His experience is accented with certifications and achievement markers across a broad career. Some of these achievements include:

  • DAWIA Level III in Contracting

  • DAWIA Level II in Program Management

  • MBA - Penn State University, concentration in supply-chain management

  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)

  • Former US Army Reserve Acquisition Corps member

  • Bronze Star recipient (two awards) for meritorious service

Evan Dwyer, Capture Manager

Evan joined AE in July 2021 and maintains a portfolio of opportunities in varying stages of development within the opportunity lifecycle. Evan holds a BA from Christopher Newport University and has a background in management. He brings significant capture experience to the team from years of B2B business development and sales activity through firms like Creative Office Environments and Fastenal in both the public and private sectors.
